I suck it up and deal with it. Yes, bad runs can be irritating. But the bottom line is that poker is a longterm statistical exercise. Variance is your friend because it keeps the fish coming back. If you need a break, take one.

Depending on how I am reacting to the series of hands, I either keep playing or take a break.
