People have reportedly been able to use the code up to 3 - 5 times. However extra bonuses will most likely be taken away / result in a banning.

sorry for the obvious question, however I haven't actually used one of these bonuses before... when I have enough raked hands, will the bonus $ automatically be transfered to my account immediately, or will I have to wait a while/shutdown tables?
not that it really makes any difference, just wondering when I'll see it move over... have now played 1060 hands, however I'm guessing still under 1000 raked which is why it's still in bonus $

it happens automatically right on your 1000th raked-hand.

you can check how many RAKED hands by going to cashier and clicking 'bonus account'. you'll see how close you are to finishing it at the bottom of that page on the right.
