Chess.... though they have big events, there isnt nearly as much dead money. Imagine if people who saw it on tv for a couple of weeks played in chess tournaments?

Limit 5 card stud high/low with a simultaneous declare, no qualifier and a round of betting after the declare.

Very fun, cerebral game.
