Has he chosen a publisher yet? if so, has a release date been set?
I was just wondering because I seen that he now has what appears to be the books cover posted on his website

The release date is stated in the very first sentence on Barry's website: June 30.

His site also says that the book can be preordered on amazon. I tried about 5 different searches and have yet to see it there.

I asked Barry about pre-ordering the book and he that it will be available in a couple of weeks to pre-order on Amazon

You actually can order it if you have the ISBN number, which I don't have with me. (I am in Tahoe waiting for my girlfriend to get knocked out of the ESPN circuit event so we can go to Vegas for the Mirage PPT.) Amazon told me they will have the book searchable by normal means later in the week. I gave that update about Amazon to my web guy who is notoriously slow with updates. I figured he would put that notice up in a few days. He finally made a change the first day I sent him an e-mail.
