After my last "angry e-mail" I finally got an answer... telling me they won't answer, lol. Here's the reply from EP:

Dear xxx,

Thank you for contacting customer support.

Unfortunately we cannot provide you with further information. The account has been closed due to Management desicion.

If you have any more concerns or suggestions please feel free to contact us.

Best regards,

I have just e-mailed them one last time. I wonder if anyone on their support staff know half of the words I have used to describe my feelings for their management...

No. I'm OK with getting caught. I'm responsible for my actions.

Harvesting all the bonii I can fits within my ethical frame of reference.

If this is the case more power to them. The people who have multiple accounts on one site deserve to have their accounts closed and funds frozen. Whether that site is Empire or any other poker site.

So, even though my wife and I are two people, and even though we opened our accounts using real data, and even though they called and confirmed we are two real people, I deserve to have my account closed? Wow, I'd like to hear your logic behind this statement.

The logic being that you, me, everyone on this forum and Empire know it is you playing both accounts so you can whore more bonuses?

I think he meant the same person spoofing or gnoming his/her way into more than one account. For the record, my wife's Empire account is alive and well. She is positive MGR with it, so I think she is not on their radar like I was.

We do? Holy sheeeeyit, I must have missed the memo that said TxBuckeye was a liar. Either that, or your response is so inappropriate it's comical.

Also, please read up on the use of question marks.
