After my last "angry e-mail" I finally got an answer... telling me they won't answer, lol. Here's the reply from EP:
Dear xxx, Thank you for contacting customer support. Unfortunately we cannot provide you with further information. The account has been closed due to Management desicion. If you have any more concerns or suggestions please feel free to contact us. Best regards, Evrita Empire Poker VIP Players Club Customer Support Team I have just e-mailed them one last time. I think he meant the same person spoofing or gnoming his/her way into more than one account. For the record, my wife's Empire account is alive and well. She is positive MGR with it, so I think she is not on their radar like I was.
