Reraise... play it strong... you're starting to pay for mistakes you made by not betting the flop and showing your strength. If I had two overcards... I would raise here hoping to take down the pot immediately feeling that no one showed strength on the flop. I would feel it's unlikely someone else has made a pair and it's unlikely someone has a 7.

I would raise/fold to 3-bet. If someone calls my river plan is check/fold UI.

[edit]sorry... fold to a cap... you should be the 3-bettor if you raise.
