I think from all this we can only conclude that soccer is not a very good sport.

Harold: Yeah, you know I did. You're just stalling cuz you're not quick enough to think of a comeback.
J.D.: You think I'm not quick enough. Guy thinks I'm not quick enough. Well I got news for you. I am quick enough!... Cockboy!

It's frustrating when your teamates blow it

this is true. it's especially true when you're playing against a scrubby team that you should be kicking the crap out of.

It's really stupid when in a sports game you make a nice play, like a great pass to someone near the goal and then the person who got the ball shoots and misses because he is some suck-ass scrub who was just on the field because it was a pickup game or the captain wanted everyone to get a chance... then you go "AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" like everyone does when someone misses an easy shot but you do it with extra emphasis, like "oh my god how could you miss, my pass was so brillant, only a stupid scrub who has no business being in this game could miss."

Maybe someday you will be the guy making the pass. Then you will realize why they get so mad at you.

I just read the main post and a few replies but I agree with Diablo and anyone else who thinks this thread is stupid. When you play sports, it gets intense, it gets competitive, that's it. If someone doesn't finish on a nice setup(be it in basketball, soccer, hockey, etc), it sucks and you get pissed. You have much to learn about sports Bruiser.
