so the popular idea of not trying to steal with JTo in CO against loose blinds is of no merrit to you here? you realize that you are not going to steal blinds here, yet you think it is still good. you are doing this for value. the value being that you have posistion, and above avg hand, and are a superior player.

Yep that summary is pretty accurate. JT plays pretty well in this scenario too, atleast compared to other raisable hands in this spot.
