Default multi-opponent / varying skill level question

One of the most important things in poker is playing the person not just the cards...atleast thats what you guys have taught me :P So my question is this:

Lets say you're in a simple 3 way match NL at home: One of the players is Loose-Passive, Other Somewhere between Loose and Tight Agressive, and then you. How would you choose your hands to play since one is loser and passive and one is aggressive.

Loose Passive calling stations you tend to be looser with the hands you play and aggressives you tend to be a little tighter. So if both are in a hand, do you split the difference, play to the more aggressive, etc?

Also, how would different player types/mixes effect this (or more players period)?

And how does you position at the table effect this..for instance if you have the loose passive player act before you and dont know yet what the TA guy is gonna do?
