Default BB special under fire

My second session on a 5k max table. Mentally this is maybe even out of my comfort zone but I´m not playing with scared money, if I lose a stack so be it.

Online 7-handed, blinds 25-50. 2 folds, mp (villain) limps, bad-loose CO limps, button limps, sb completes, I check with A9o. Flop T92r, pot 223. Checked around. Turn 9, second club. Check, I bet 190, villain calls, others fold. River Ax, pot 603. I bet 475, villain raises to 1300. Villain has 3,5k left, I cover.

Villain is a tricky-good-winning player. I think he knows I am a winning player. What is my play and why, does anyone find a fold in any scenario?

Do you think the button would limp in after a limper with TT or AA? You can beat 22, 9x, Ax and a missed draw bluff so I think folding is out of the question.

As to whether or not to reraise it depends on whether or not you think he will call you with 999 or not. If you think so then push it in and if he has AA or TT its a tough break.

i think there is a small chance you're behind, a good chance you're being bluffed and a medium chance you're going to get called by a lone 9. i'd push here, but i don't think it's a huge EV loss to just call.

oh yeah, folding is a no-no.

you pretty much told us he had AA/TT when you asked if anyone would fold... who folds here? that would be retarded... if hes really good you can just call and see what he has...

No way am I folding.

The turn call is very bothersome though. What hand does Villain check the flop but call a turn bet with?

Answer: T9 or TT. (Probably TT)

Folding would be bad but pushing would be horrible.

So no-one has considered value-raising, which was what I was thinking about. Of course I was going to call the river raise. Villain has 3,5k left. Realistically he could have 98, 22, T9, A9, TT, AA (maybe some 9-paint-sooted). A raise with 89 seems unlikely thou, not sure about 22. AA he would open-raise more often than TT but TT pretty often too. T9 would be sooted very often so with one 9 out only one combination of that. I´m sure he isnt calling a push with less than 22, probably not with that either.

I thought it was likely I had him beat, but I think I should have just called anyway. I did decide to raise another 1,1k thinking he will call with 22, 9T or some sooted 9-paint sooted he decided to get cute with. He paused and pushed. Now, it was 2,4k to me to win just over 10k. I hated where I got myself but thought he might very well push T9 (and he would push A9) made a bit of a crying call expecting to see TT. I lucked out as he showed T9.

Anyway, on the end my final call felt like a crying call and I really was thinking about a fold. Not sure about villains push but maybe I could have had 92 here.

So, no-one thinks a value-re-raise and fold to a push is conceivable?

not really you have to be good 25% of the time or whatever it is, if you are raising anything you are committed.
