Default How do I play this flop (KQs vs. 2 passive)

Party Poker 5/10 Hold'em (6 max, 6 handed) converter

UTG seems LA-P with 45/16/0.7 after ~50 hands
SB seems LP-P with 60/6/0.5 after ~60 hands

Preflop: Hero is CO with K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
<font color="#CC3333">UTG raises</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero 3-bets</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, SB calls, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, UTG calls.

Flop: (10 SB) Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">SB bets</font>, <font color="#CC3333">UTG raises</font>.

Final Pot: 6.50 BB

How should I proceed from here? Is preflop ok?

Preflop is fine and you need to 3bet the flop. When people bet into me like this it usually means top pair or a flush draw but I wouldnt always assume that. You have a good kicker and a strong hand so you need to raise it up.

The 3-bet preflop is good, and you should 3-bet the flop too.
