Default Good fold ? Pair of queens and flush draw

What do you think of my fold here ? I didn't have a lot invested but it bothers me a little.

Party Poker Pot-Limit Hold'em, $ BB (10 handed) converter

MP1 ($41.7)
MP2 ($25.25)
Hero ($20.8)
CO ($29.55)
Button ($3.45)
SB ($12.6)
BB ($29.95)
UTG ($10)
UTG+1 ($34.82)
UTG+2 ($34.25)

Preflop: Hero is MP3 with K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. SB posts a blind of $0.1. UTG posts a blind of $0.25.
UTG (poster) checks, UTG+1 calls $0.25, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, MP2 calls $0.25, Hero calls $0.25, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, Button calls $0.25, SB (poster) completes, BB checks.

Flop: ($1.75) 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(7 players)</font>
SB checks, BB checks, <font color="#CC3333">UTG bets $1.75</font>, UTG+1 folds, MP2 calls $1.75, Hero calls $1.75, Button folds, SB folds, BB folds.

Turn: ($7) A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
UTG bets 6.65, MP2 raises to $13.30, Hero folds, UTG calls All-in $1.35
River: ($7) 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>

Final Pot: $7

Also, would you draw to a flush with this hand on a board like this
A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

I was getting odds to draw assuming one person behind me called but I folded because the possibility that I was drawing dead was too great in my opinion. I only lost about 25 cents. Bet was 25 cents on the flop and that bet also scared me a little. Maybe I just got too scared and need a break. Seems like every board I've seen recently has been paired.

I think I mistakenly sat down at a Pot limit game today and didn't even know the difference, even after I left. Wierd. My PT now says that I lost $8 at a pot limit game but I'm unaware of that but I did lose $8 in a game tonight. Weird. Party needs to separate those games better.

How about a raise on the flop to define the hand, hero can clearly fold to a reraise and this might slow down opponents w/AQ on the turn fearing a set.

Yeah, I think I should have. You won't believe what they had.
