Default Final table hand -- KJ in SB

Stars 11+R, 4-handed. Blinds are 20K-40K, 2K ante. Payouts are ~6K for 1st, ~3500 for 2d, ~2300 for 3d, ~1700 for 4th.

UTG is the big stack with ~1.5m. He's been playing very aggressively, opening a lot of pots and coming over the top postflop frequently. He's only shown down a few hands, all pretty strong. The other two players have ~800K and ~650K.

UTG opens for 110K, folded to me, I.....?

I'm not sure if I have much folding equity here, if any. Is it worth taking (most likely) slightly the worst of it for all my chips, with the chance to be a real force again?
