Basic AA hand
PP 3/6 villain and I both have around $600 in our stacks. No read. Two limpers to me in the hijack seat and I make it 35 to go with A [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]A [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. Only the villain calls. Flop is:
K [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]2 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]2 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] He checks I bet 75 he check raises me to 200. Call, fold or push? |

Re: Basic AA hand
Probably call and get it in on the turn.

Re: Basic AA hand
Call, if he checks the turn I would probably check behind. If he then checked the river I would bet 200. If he checks the turn and bets the river push over the top of him. There aren't many ways for him to catch up if he is behind, he most likely has a mid pair or maybe Ax. If he has a K then after the check raise its most likely going to get in anyway. Play this hand to get the most money from mid pair because if he has you beat you lose and if you are ahead hes not improving. I might bet a checked turn without the backdoor draw but as is I would try to call my money in. -Steve |

Re: Basic AA hand
Does it become a push on the flop if I don't have the A [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]?
