Hand 1: No don't check, you played this perfectly imho. You are ahead often enough to make a value bet worth it.

Hand 2: Just about the worst possible flop. I play the same way.

First hand is fine.
Second hand is tough. I think the flop bet is ok, I wonder whether you could fold to a flop raise? I would probably check fold the turn but I'm weak tight.

Hand1: sometimes I would go for C-r-ing the flop andt he rest bet.

Hand 2: QQs can't win all the time. This is one of them.

Hand 1 was played just fine; I think that you are good often enough on the river to make a bet worthwhile.

Hand 2 is just God laughing at you. I know it's horribly weak of me, but there is part of me that wants to give this hand up on the turn.

Looks all good to me. Second hand is pretty straightforward. In the first the 5 puts a pair and three-flush on the board, so it is scary, but too many times people will have an 8 or 7 or busted straight draw, or lower ace, so betting here is a profitable play(you will get called by worse hands often). The raise probably means you are beaten, but at 15 to 1, a call is a must. My guess is one had the flush, the other ace small or 8 or 7.

Both hands are played fine, but just from your tone, I know that you didn't win them. Don't be results oriented.
