I think if UTG had raised the first time with his magnificent 7's, BB may not have been involved at all. But, unfortunately, he was running out of chips and thought the ol' limp-reraise would be fun.

Concerning BB. As it stood, calling my raise with Q5s wasn't so dreadful. Calling again when it came back two to her would be an auto-muck for me...

The pot is good size and tough to fold here. Call this down from here, but it really depends on if you have any good reads from previous hands. You are probably on target about the BB with a Q. Call it down and hope you hit an A on the way.
