I had this happen to me once in the 1 seat. I learned my leason very quickly. You must protect your cards.
And the dealer in this case was a dick. He should have been disciplined. |

[ QUOTE ]
I was the one who pointed out to the dealer he was a dick and i made sure to let him know everytime. [/ QUOTE ]You guys are being pretty harsh to the dealer. He definitely screwed-up, but I don't think this means he's a dick. I think your buddy's mistake caused the dealer to make a mistake. He was definitely wrong, but both parties were at fault. If you guys said you'd never screwed-up at work, I wouldn't think you were perfect; I'd think you'd never had a job. -Sam |

[ QUOTE ]
You guys are being pretty harsh to the dealer. [/ QUOTE ] Not really - to me the key sentance in the first post is: [ QUOTE ] but the table collectivly calls for a Floor Manager. As the floor mgr is called over dealer takes the almost mucked cards mutters something under his breath and MIXES them into the bottem of his deck. [/ QUOTE ] The dealer KNOWS the floor has been called and deliberately continues the action (contrary to what all dealers are taught) destroying any possibility of rescuing the hand. To me as a player this suggests malice on the part of the dealer. |
