Your VPIP looks fine. Your PFR is horribly low, meaning that it's likely there are other very big leaks in your game. Start by tightening up a tad in the SB (until you learn how to play better), raising preflop a LOT more, and working on the rest of your game.

VPIP is literally the least of your problems.

Here are some constructive posts for your perusal:
Mebenhoe's HUSH Starting Hand Chart, a good trainer to get you into the advanced aggressiveness of Shorthanded play;

Yes, yes after you learn to play better, yes, yes. There's a starting hands chart that's been posted here SEVERAL times, time for *you* to do a search on "starting hands" in this forum.

tuvm for all the links.

but about the StartingHand chart. i cant raise all the time preflop, it will tie me to the pot, and the swings will be realy big, i cant allow myself big swings, i play 1/2 with only 100BB :\ i know its low by doing this i am 1 Kelly player.
i dont know if i can raise so much... :\

You can't afford the swings, but you CAN afford to be a -EV player? Oookay that makes sense. Head back to the microlimits, then, play 0.5/1 at some site where you can build up bonus money, SOMETHING, because not raising pf because you're scared is just weak.
