You seem to have a fair amount of work to do:

You are very tight pre-flop for 1/2. This isn't horrible, since even at that level you should be able to make $$ from the obvious mistakes of your opponents at 1/2. I would not loosen up right away. First, work on improving your post-flop play, especially taking advantage of multi-way drawing opportunities at 1/2 and extracting the most from it. If you open up pre-flop at all, add a few suited big card hands.

If you choose the right tables the games are like .5/1. The problem is the typical table is rockish with a 10 percent tax at 5 bucks. The plays needed to beat a game like that really hurt yourself with such a reggressive tax. I routinely raise anything out of the small blind when I am against weak rocks and bet out. That works better at 2/4 where you can steal small pots and not get taxed...

Maybe that is today, but if you said this like 3 months ago I would say that you're absolutely wrong.

However I never said the game is unbeatable.
