Poker Tracker Help

I am an experienced poker player who wants to gain an edge by using Poker Tracker. I downloaded the program. Because I am on Pacific I hadf to download handgrabber. It is grabbing my hands. I can see that as soon as I set the timer. NOW, how do I get the hands to load into my databases? I e-mailed PT and they sent a link that I have been using that has confused me the entire time. I am very computer literate and am somewhat embarrassed that I am so perplexed by this. Others make it sound so simple. HELP!!!

Click on the Pacific Poker icon on the menu bar on top of Poker Tracker when you first load the program. The rest should be easy for you...

I can't get handgrabber to grab the hands. It says 'probing for setup data' and stays that way for hours.

I have had more problems with handgrabber than I can count so I'm really not sure what to tell you other than to make sure that handgrabber starts Pacific and not you...
