I think that's a good laydown. You haven't watched enough of the game to know what kind of player it is. They're probably fishy, but maybe not.

There's a very strong chance that you're against small or medium pair, in which case you're in a race. Its common for people to try and overplay these.

Although players are pretty loose in these kind of games, you want to wait until you think you have the better hand. AK is not a favorite to most of the hands that would likely go all in here, even a fish. It needs improvement on the flop.

These games are loose enough. You shouldn't have to risk your whole tourney on the assumption that this guy is loose and that he's going all in with lower or dominated cards. Two assumptions, either of which could backfire.
