Default Strange JJ hand, folded a flush

This was a really strange hand... BB caps preflop, folds for one on the flop. No reads on UTG yet. His preflop raise +flop C/R +turn bet makes me think he has a big [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
Do you think it's worth calling down?

Its a calldown for me.

Take a note on UTG afterwards

Its pretty though to put UTG on anything since you have no reads...

BB probably had AK non heart or some pocket pair non heart, people gets afriad all the time when 3-suited hits the board on the flop

I think this is a pretty bad fold.

I like to calldown in this spot because:

a. UTG could be betting a weaker hand and is ready to fold to a raise fearing a flush.

And

b. To make this fold you have to believe that you won't win 1 time out of 14. Is it not possible that villian could have a lower heart or an even weaker hand 7% of the time?

Of course villian is going to show you a higher heart a lot of the time and you are going to feel stupid for calling down a hand that's "obviously" beat, however your winning chances are far, far too great to even think about folding this turn.

I really think this is worth a call down. There is alot of money in the pot, you don't have to be correct very often for this to be good.

what's that weaker hand?
he raised UTG, C/R-ed flop in a big multiway pot, so if he's not braindead, he has:
-77, maybe 66 (but people don't raise these that much UTG)
-AA/KK/QQ without a heart

Do you think he has that at least 7% of the time (+ 66/77 still have outs)

Quick Note:

This is only your effective odds on the turn not how frequently you need to have the best hand.

With 14BB already in the pot, I really want to call this down. If you were closing the action on the turn then it'd be a lot easier to say yes. That being said, I think I still call it down and fold if SB raises behind me.

This is really terrible. Like sporking your sister bad. Maybe he had 77 and is about to give up. Call this down.
