Opponent is TAG.
I'm pretty sure I did something wrong here. I took a crack at on the turn after it was checked through, but it didn't work. Then I wimped out on the river. I think you should raise this pf although the occassional limp isnt bad. I raise it all the time though. Then I would bet on the flop. Against only two opponents, one who has already checked to you, you could very well have the best hand.
Taking the line that you took, since you bet on the turn, which was good after the checkthrough on the flop, you should bet the river for value and fold to a raise. |

I would also bet the flop and then check it down if i got called.

i would probably not even take a shot at it since it's such a tiny pot with 3 oc's on the board, regardless of your gutshot and 2 other 9's. that's just me though.

I didn't bet the flop because there were 2 overcards in the playing zone. I don't like betting the flop with 2 overcards because you often wind up getting called down by 2nd pair when you have 3rd pair. That's pretty expensive.
However, when it was checked through on the flop I felt I had to take a shot. After that I was completely lost though. Maybe I should have called the river or not bet the turn to begin with given that it was also an overcard. |

I think you should bet the flop to try to pick up the pot. With cards like K and Q on the board, someone will ususally raise preflop if this flop hits them.
Once the turn card hits, you're screwed. |

That's the real issue I have with the flop bet. If someone has the K, they will usually raise and I'll know where I am. That's OK. However, with the Q, they may just call and I would wind up leading out all the way drawing to only 2 outs. |
