Default I just want 1 Monitor

Is there a Flat Panel montior I can buy, not 2 just 1 and have the res be good enough to put 8 tables on it with out overlapping, some one give me a link for it. Preferably wide screen, money is not a concern.

While there are monitors like this, you can get two dell 2001fp's for far less than you would spend on that monitor. There won't even be much of a desk-space savings using one monitor; the footprints of the 2001fp's are quite small.

in order to 8-table with no overlap, you'd need a 3200x1200 screen. good luck.

The apple widescreen is the closest thing I can find in about 10 minutes, and even this monster can't quite do 8 tables with no overlap (2560x1600). All of the other huge flatscreens I could find were made to be tv's or for tradeshows or what not and actually had lower resolution than the smaller widescreens.

Even if you could find exactly what you want, it would likely cost at least $3500. You can get two 20in flat screens and 8 table for less than $1,000. Hooking up two monitors really isn't that bad.

I appears that you need a dual-link dvi input to use the monitor, which you likely do not currently have on your laptop. In addition to that, you would need a graphics card that supports the 2560x1600 resolution.

www.newegg.com is the best site ever for this type of stuff, and their search function will let you find exactly what you need in a minute or so. Go to computer hardware - video cards and set dvi to 2.

I'm not sure, however, if you can get such a card for your laptop. You may very well need to use a desktop computer with this monitor.
