Help I can't win

3.3 hours, 258 hands, -$216.

Any advice would be appreciated.

the key to winning poker is tight agressive play, back to the basics mr. flynn. less calling, more raising and folding and you can't go wrong.

Don't feel bad, I played a 2 hour session of that and dropped 7 buy-ins and most of them commented on how tight I was playing. [img]/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]

You've got a losing record over 250 hands. That's a lot. Are you sure you're a winning player?

Also, you're posting in the wrong forum. I believe you're looking for "beginners".

Based on a fairly large sample size it looks like you are being out played. I would suggest focusing on better game selection.

Don't call off half of your stack preflop with king high.

I would suggest moving down in limits until you feel comfortable playing at this high of stakes.
