William Hill account suspended before I even get to play

I just signed up for an account at Willaim Hill and deposited a couple hundred. Everytime I try to sit down at a table it tells me my account has been suspended. I've never played at any of the other cryptos or even visited the will hill site before, I don't get it.

Yes, I contacted customer support but I'm not sure how long it takes for them to reply, I've known a certain poker room take a week before replying (Pacific), so just in case william never replies, if anyone else has had this problem please let me know.

Also can I just withdraw my funds right away or should I wait for them to clear it up?

Call them. Will Hill actually has it's customer support in the UK and it's excellent.

I had this same problem 2 days ago when I opened an account there (yes it's the first account I have ever opened at will hill). When I tried to sit down and play poker for the first time it told me my account was suspended. The funny thing was I could play in the casino just fine. Needless to say I have not heard anything back from CS yet.

They replied just now and told me it was something to do with an age verification system for UK residents, but as I'm from the US they selected my account in error. All is fixed, I hope yours gets sorted.
