CON time is EST+1. So happy hours are 7 to 9pm EST.

Deposited for 888 day, waited a couple of days, withdrawed the 888 + the 88 bonus, didnt wager a single $.

Now around a week later the 888 + 88 $ are in my neteller acc. My qustion is: Am I going to get banned next time I try to make a bonus at CON? Or are they not going to notice I got my bonus without wagering. Or do they even care?

They will catch up with you eventually. You're better off completing the wagering requirements and losing the ~$10 in EV to stay in favor with them.
