Default five star\'s 4 aces chips

I was thinking about getting a set of these chips. They seem nice and they aren't priced to kill. Does anyone here have these or know of someone that does. And if so what is your review of these chips. Also if anyone could provide a link to a site that reivews all kinds of chips that would be much appreciated (if such a site exists).

Distressing posts, and I'm sort of sorry I ordered from them being unaware of this.

One question (more Rhetorical than anything else), there are literally hundreds of chip auctions that are completed on EBay every day. I wonder why they went after the one who posted, and don't seem to go after the rest?

I honestly don't think we're getting the complete story about this 5sd issue. Does anyone know what the ebay name of that seller? "LasVegasVegas" sell Navajo turquose jewlerly and dolls and such, not a single poker chip listed. Perhaps they just grew disgusted with the whole thing and stopped selling chips?

It really does chap my ass that I've read about how many people are horrified that 5stardeal would push around a "little guy" like this with "questionable business practices". These writers claim they will never purchase anything from 5stardeal again. If statistics hold true, 95% of them wrote it on a Microsoft operating system. Get a damn clue.

Well I've heard those rumors before and never read the story. But, I can say this, I've met the owner of 5Star and he lives in Ohio. He's a very nice guy and from what I understand on his side of the story is that the people who reported that basically were trying to undermine his business and he completely denies that such things ever occured.

BTW, I have ordered from 5Star on several occasions BEFORE I met the owner and always had very successful dealings with them and their shipping is super fast.

Interestingly, when I met the owner I had not told them this...he told me the company is in Ohio and I had noticed when I received items I ordered AFTER talking to him that they were shipped from Ohio.

So, the whole Taiwan business makes me very skeptical that 5Star ever engaged in the alleged activities.
