The screen shots are taken to see if you are using any illegal programs.

Also, I don't know if you are correct about the keyboard hook or not.

Does this mean they see anything up on your screen at the time? If so, checking your bank acccout etc while on party may not be a great idea.

If that is the case, I'd imagine they see some pretty amusing stuff.

Do you know if the firewall that is included in Windows XP (servicepack 2) have that option too? How much did you pay for Sygate?
