Default J9 on the big blind. $25NL 6 max

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ Hero (6 max, 4 handed) converter

UTG ($38.72)
Button ($24.45)
SB ($6.85)
Hero ($24.9)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. SB posts a blind of $0.1.
UTG calls $0.25, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, SB (poster) completes, Hero checks.

Flop: ($0.75) 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
SB checks, Hero checks, UTG checks.

Turn: ($0.75) J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
SB checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $0.75</font>, <font color="#CC3333">UTG raises to $2</font>, SB folds, Hero ?

After the flop getting checked through, should I be putting him on a bluff raise? I think I am raising this, but I am not sure how much, and am not a huge fan of my kicker.

Neither am i, there isnt even that much in the pot to make a call here- he probably has some crap like J2 anyway. Dont get tied into a hand where you know your kicker will cost you, it really isnt worth it- you can wait for better hands to take his $.
