Default big loser will do anything

in his powers to make this stop!!

I played 1/2, lost my money. read books and started again in 0,5/1. Did OK (in pacific, NOT in party) but now I have almost lost all again (BOTH in pacific and in party).

I have tried to post some hands that bothered me here but they get so many different kind of answers that maybe I played them OK (maybe not great but OK) after all.

I think my biggest flaws are:
1) not letting hands go in small pots (should reread SSH)
2) not counting my outs properly (see the AKo hand where I counted them full)

Here are my stats for 1/2 and for 0,5/1.

1/2:
hands 16,625
Vol.Put 15,4
vol.Put from SB 21,7
Folded SB to Steal 85
Folded BB to Steal 82
Att.To steal 12
Won $ WSF% 25
Amoun Won (408)
BB/100 (1,23)
Went to SD% 25
won $ at SD% 59
PF raise % 6,02

AND 0,5/1
hands 3286
Vol.Put 18,35
vol.Put from SB 26,6
Folded SB to Steal 92
Folded BB to Steal 71
Att.To steal 18
Won $ WSF% 28
Amoun Won (60)
BB/100 (1,83)
Went to SD% 32
won $ at SD% 52
PF raise % 7,88

So I have been more loose and aggressive lately and tried to steal blinds more often than when I was playing 1/2.

Posiotn stats in 0,5/1: (position, vol.put$in pot, PF raise)
button 19 8
1 18 8
2 18 9
3 16 8
4 15 8
5 13 7
6 11 5
7 11 4
BB 9 3
SB 26 2

I don't know. The stats looks ok?

Then it's frustrating to come here to read the threads and hear that everybody else is winning and I'm the only loser here.... yes, I admit it!

If there is another loser here, please say something and take me out of my misery....

I commented in your AK thread, but also your PFR is still too low. It should be more like 8-9. This sample size is way too small to be worrying about your win rate. Just keep studying and evaluating your game. Some of the most respected posters here have experienced losing streaks over 35K hands.

What books have you read?

Let's see positional stats too. And postflop aggression.

You're too tight in 1/2. Your'e too tight in the blinds on both levels. You don't PFR enough.

It's very clear that you are too prone to folding on the end. WtSD=25 and W$SD=59 indicate that you don't show enough hands down. You're losing a whole pot every time you fold a winner. Doing this too often (I think you do) has a huge impact on BB/100. Show more hands down. It is not better to have a higher W$SD!

Reading the boards (and learning from them) is a skill in itself. Practice makes perfect. Contribute to other people's threads more often.

in 0,5/1.

Friggin crazy europeans using commas instead of periods for decimal notation! Makes me wanna PUKE BULLETS and chuck MOLTEN TNT at chipmunks! Grr!

The rest of the post was quite reasonable, however.

----

Way too weak vs. steals, and way too tight from the small blind.

200 BB slides are part of the game, unfortunately, even over this length of hands. However, there's probably some leaks that you can patch up.

Preflop raises need to come up.

You need to steal more blinds.

Someone a while ago posted negative results over 30k hands at 2/4. They're a good player too.

Thanks guys!

Everybody are saying that raise more PF! But I'm trying to play according to SSH charts and this is the raising percent it gives OR then I have misunderstood something.

Maybe I should use that "if first one in, raise" -rule more often? I definitely should three-bet to isolate more often.

You need to steal more! Aim for a steal of 35 % or at least 30 %. 1/2 is tighter than 0.5/1 where you almost never get the chance to steal.

Post some hands, reply to even more hands, maybe take a break for a while.

Go losers!

I was definitely losing at .25/.50 at party last time I tried. Playing at Crazy Poker with the free $10 they give you for signing up, and am back up to winning or at least breaking even I think (not enough hands to tell for sure, may just be on a good streak). I found that playing a bunch of cheap NL SnGs really helped my limit game, since I had to wrap my head around so many different concepts and got smarter about what hands were good and what hands sucked.
