I would have expected Villian to cap PF with AA or KK, and not raise with 77. So I'd eliminate those hands, which are the only ones you'd be behind to.

I say 3-bet turn and call down if capped.

If he's a 2+2 type TAG with AA or KK, he played that a little strange.

I think I three bet this turn.
My reasoning
If he's a tag:

I think he caps pre-flop with AA, KK, AK
I don't think he raises pre-flop with 77 or 55
I'm thinking he's got something like 99 and is trying to push you off AK

I agree with the others. Highly unlikely he raises with anything less than 99 and as you say he's a TAG, he in that case most certainly cap PF with AA or KK. Does seem like he's trying to push you off. I would 3 bet.

I'll be honest. I wouldn't have seen the turn checkraise coming at all.

I would want to 3-bet, but I think I'd be confused enough just to start calling down.

77 is what I'd be most worried about, but at this point I'm not ruling out AA-KK either. I'm hoping it's just a worse pair or a semibluff-raise with something like A [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] J [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (maybe UTG+2 suspects AK and is trying to push us off of it).

This really reeks of FPS from Villain, but you have to 3-bet here, closing the action, he'd have capped a hand that beats you pf. Unless his pf raise numbers are 12+, or UTG was a loose fish he wanted to isolate, I think you're good here, toss in a 3-bet, call down if capped.

I don't think he was being tricky calling the Preflop 3-bet with AA-KK because he bet the flop. Maybe he noticed that it was all tight players down from him to the button and raised 77. Perhaps your move here should depend on his read on those players. Reaching too much here maybe?
