My first guess would be an overpair for you, although I wouldn't agree with attempting a limp-reraise from the SB when the blinds are the only players left (unless you're absolutely sure the BB will raise you). So I'll say medium PP (88-TT) because I don't think you would check-raise the river as a bluff with a suited connector like KQs.

I think the villain is holding 2 high suited cards... something like AK/AQ/KQ; possibly AJ/KJ/QJ but I don't think a tough, thinking player would just call a flop with that holding. Maybe he thought he could steal the pot with that when you showed weakness on the turn and river.
