cash out to my neteller account, even though I didn't deposit via it? I actaully didn't deposit at all, they gave me a free $10 to do a survey and all the money I have I got from that.

Yes, I recently deposited from Firepay and withdrew to Neteller. Worked fine.

FYI the maximum seems to be 99.

But thanks a million for providing that link, I had been looking for where I could change my default thread display mode to flat; changing it every time was getting annoying!
