isn't there anything that works with PT? to do it auto? i have a crap load of seesions already

There have been a few scripts that have been written by members that will help in the PT to statking export. Below is one that I have not had the opportunity to try but will eventually. Do a search and look for some more info on this.

There are a couple of options, for free there is the the following:
excel spreadsheet - click the link on the webpage this takes u to in order to download

and this:

Cardplayers Free Poker Analyst


If u want to spend a little u can get Statking, its a great program as it can tell u win rate, st deviation, br requirements, etc.

If u just need record keeping, i would use the excel spread sheet above, works well and it will work when u are doing taxes. The only thing I dont like about Pokertracker is that sometimes the totals or winnings are unreliable...usually do to something being changed from sites to sites HH...I keep track of my play through PT and keep track of winnings in an excel spreadsheet.
