Default final table!

well, i finally got to a final table.
7th last night on PS's 10/1. i was pretty excited to say the least outlasting 1,353 others.

anyway, i would like opinions on one hand near the end. sadly, i WAS chip leader with 10 left (5ea on 2 tables), when i got this hand:

(sorry for not knowing how to use the converter thingy)

correct play? we were on the bubble for PS's final (9) table. i just couldn't imagine him risking everything at that point with anything short of AA,KK,AK,etc. he consistantly made min raises with overcards, Ax, etc. seemed like a no-brainer. perhaps not?
