Default did raymer pay the full 25k entry fee?

just curious....

same goes for MM, varkonyi etc....

first, the entry is 10k, not 25k.
both raymer and moneymaker won seats on stars.

2nd, the entry is indeed 25 K. And you are not even talking about the same event as him. He is talking about the WPT championships.

Correct, WPT championship is 25K. Raymer gets a stipend from PStars to spend on tournaments any way he chooses, so in this case, since I didn't hear he won a satellite or anything, I would guess he used 25K of his PStars money. Does that count as "him paying for it", I guess thats up to interpretation.

Most pros didn't pay the 25K entry fee.

They pro-rate it based on how good you are.

They actually pay Phil H. to play in this event.
