April7 I deposited, its now the 18th and No PIN.
Time to fire off an email to them, or does it normally take this long?

Its pretty normal. Usually takes 2 weeks or so, and its only been 11 days. Give it another week.

pokerplex took the longest to get my PIN out of all the Cryptos I signed up with. it was the only one where I actually called support over the phone to ask if anything was wrong.

I wouldn't be surprised if pokerplex is owned and operated by just one person. good bonus and rakeback tho.
