Default Overpair to flop - do I call the push?

$7500 guaranteed rebuy (4 levels) + add-on, $27/1.35 buy-in.
190 players started, 2000 chips 20/40 at start.

I decided to take an immediate rebuy, got a good hand quickly and doubled up. It's now level 2 (30/60) and I'm the chip leader with T11.5k.

I pick up pocket tens in the big blind. Pretty well the whole table limps to me, and I raise to 300. One early MP caller (seat 5) who has $3.5k left. Pot around $1k.

Flop comes 3 uncoordinate low cards. I bet out $1k (don't want to give a free card), and he moves all-in ($2.5K more).

So far this guy hasn't played many hands, but we're only 20 minutes in to the tourney and the table has been very active.

Has he spiked a set? Overpair? Bluff?

Should I call? (I'll be left in about 10th place after the hand if I call and lose. If I fold I'll be in 2nd or 3rd).

This seems like a very easy call to me, especially during the rebuy period. I would expect your opponent to just have two overs, but an underpair to you or a set are also possible.

It was something like 962 rainbow. The kind of board where the only draws to worry about are overcards and pocket pairs.
