table for sale on ebay (so cheap??)

Is a table really this cheap?
I made my own and it cost me 500 euro.
I'm planning to make a new one which will cost about 200 euro. If I could order these in Europe, I wouldn't bother making one myself.

Is this some kind of scam?

It is USPS Priorty Mail so I even doubt it has the ridge around the border with the cupholders.
