Default Near bubble, $200 Party, Brillant or lame play??

I was in last nights $200 buyin on Party. 12 players to go until I am in the money and the all-in feeding frenzy.

My stack: 6330
My position:UTG
Villian: 10,270
Villian position: SB
Avg stack 8000
Blinds: 300/600
My image: tight aggressive (VP$IP ~12%)
His image: (VP$IP23%)

I pick up 10-10 UTG and raise it 3BB to 1800. Everyone folds to the SB. He calls BB folds.

The flop is 6 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]9 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]3 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

I have 4530 left. The pot is 4200.

What does the villian have and what is my move???

I want to know if I played this correctly.

I will post results later today.

Mack

Was his smooth call something he had done before? 23% is pretty tight. For him to call that from the SB is somewhat alarmingg.

What had he done previously with big hands? Had he reraised or smooth called?

If you have no information about this guy, that's what makes this a tough hand.

Info plx.

There's a decent chance SB has AA. He could also have a set. But I think you're low enough that you have to go broke on any flop that isn't very ugly for you (AKx, eg). It seems impossible to knock your opponent off any hand that beats you, so you might as well bet 1/3-1/2 your stack if checked to and call his push.

I don't recall him cold calling. He seemed like a fairly reasonable player. I guess all the signs were there for AA or KK. I remember him raise once with one limper but the limper was UTG+1 and he was in MP. I guess he was afraid of other limpers and reducing his chances of winning with KK.
