[ QUOTE ]
There is a fundamental difference between McD's and your average French restaurant. McD's heavily markets to small children and is a mega, worldwide corporation. Average French restaurant has an ad in the phone book and one ego-maniac chef in the back. Your analogy is flawed. [/ QUOTE ] I'm not talking about McD's marketing commercials wise. I'm talking about how employees at any restaurant act towards their customers by continually offering them more food. Part of the premise of Supersize Me was that he would take the Supersize option and eat it whenever the employees offered it to him. Well, if he accepted every time he was offered more food then he would get huge pretty fast no matter what restaurant he was eating at. Mickey D's mass media marketing policies are a separate issue. You're missing the point. |
