Poker Tracker or Party/Empire Problems?

Two Problems with Party and Empire hands loaded into PT:

1. My win rate was not being calculated properly in PT. For example, PT would show a win for a specific time period when I know I had a loss.

2. The number of opponents in PT database had remained constant over the course of 30 hours play at 6-8 multitabling.

Observation:

In the preferences tab of PT the $25 NL games at Party and Empire sometimes show up as "NL $25" and sometimes as "NL ($0.25)". Recently they have been showing up more as "NL $25".

Solution:

Once I checked both Game Levels both problems were immediatley solved.

Does anyone know why this occurs? I suspect Party/Empire have changed something in the hand history files, but am unsure.
