Ok, now I am lout of my depth. UTG+2 could have 23 or 55. Or less often two spades. JJ or AA are possible, but seem unlikely based on the betting so far. I have no idea what the right move is here. Maybe raising the flop would get the weak drawing hands out?

You don't quite have pot odds to call for your 2 outer. This looks like a fold.

If you didn't give up before, releasing for the second bet here seems like a good idea. It doesn't feel like your top pair is good here very often. This is the exact kind of bet that I call that I think I need to fold.
