Low Pairs on the Bubble

I have no idea what to do with small pairs on the bubble. Thanks for any advice on the following:

200/400 blinds - PP 10+1
Seat 2 is the button
Seat 2: Player A (2260)
Seat 5: Player B (3285)
Seat 7: Hero (1210)
Seat 10: Player D (1245)
Player B posts small blind (100)
Hero posts big blind (200)
** Dealing down cards **
Dealt to Hero [ 4d, 4h ]
Player D raises (1245) to 1245
Player D is all-In
Player A folds.
Player B folds.

Call? Fold?

What if hero had same small pair under the gun?

you fold this, unless you can put villian on 23o.
if he has anything else (nearly), and showed you, you would still fold.

Your hand above is confusing in that the blinds above state 200/400 then 100/200 in the hand itself. If the blinds were 200 /400 and UTG pushed and I were BB with 44, I'd HAVE TO call...ive already invested a third of mystack and would only have t200 of FE left for 3 hands...no good.

I dont know what the poster above is smoking, but I assume he was going on the fact that the BB was 200 and not 400.

If 200...Its not the clearest fold, but would lean that way, closer than made out to be.

with that stack? If blinds go to 400 fairly soon ABSOLUTELY...if not, ummmmmm....absolutely?

I think this one is interesting because it is the other short stack that is pushing.

Calling against the other short stack is better than against a large stack since if you win you are down to 3 players.

In this case folding gives you ~1000 chips and the other short stack ~1400. It is tough but I guess you fold. A little more of an edge and I think it is a call. 66 is a call imo.

1st of all I feel stupid commenting after raptor & citanul. I'd take their advise first. But since they disagree...

You have the option of going head up with Player D. With a small PP you are a 57% winner against a random hand. D will be hit with a t200 blind next hand and another t100 the hand after that. I think he feel pressure, but not a lot of pressure. I'm going to give him two over cards. So you're a coin flip. If he has a larger PP you're dead (80% lose.)

So do you want to take a coin flip with the other short stack or do you want to donate t200 (+t100 SB). Then he plays after you with a ~t500 chip lead over you while you play for 3rd place.

It's not a great place to be in, but you gotta make the best of what you got. Pooossshhhh!

As ewing55 suggested, I put him on two overcards, and decided the coin flip was the way to go given my dwindling stack. Could you guys that disagreed give me a little insight on your analysis?
