Default TPTK, 4-flush on board, tough turn decision

Repost in a prettier format because I got no responses last time. I hate these decisions... I think I lose way too much money on one pair hands.

Villain is LAG preflop (54/20, 100 hands played), but reasonably sane postflop (AF 0.90). Most of my hands played with him were a previous session... can't remember what types of hands he's shown down, etc.

Comments on all streets appreciated, but mostly the turn decision.

fold. You are behind a set, or a straight or two pair here way more than you are ahead. People LOVE to play j 10. You might be ahead here, but barring a read that he's a maniac and pushes with draws, I think you have to find a fold here. Your read on him that he's sane post flop is more than enough reason to fold here I think. I don't generally call huge overbets without the the nuts or strong draws to the nuts.

Fold. All you have is top pair and he hasn't backed down at any street.

Does anyone bet this any differently on the flop or turn?

Hate these hands against 50/20 folks.

How 'bout this: pot flop; check turn; call or fold river?

Or

overbet flop; check turn; call or fold river?

I don't overbet flops, myself, but would like to hear, from those who do, their reasons.
