I'm very happy with my 213T. No dead pixels, and it's got more screen space than the Dell 2001FP. I could see the past arguments about the cost, but with the reduced price, it's no contest.

Is the Samsung really good enough to justify a price jump of 133% or so? I'm really curious because I'm getting a new monitor soon, and keep vacillating between the Dell 2005fpw (I don't care much about a bit of overlap on poker tables if I can watch movies in widescreen), the 2001, and this Samsung.

You are absolutely wrong. Samsaung's get dead pixels. I worked at a store that sold them and we would do returns on them all the time. If you don't think dead pixels are happen on all LCD's, then you don't know what you're talking about, that's all there is to it.

Not trying to be a dick here but to me that means 133% higher which is more like $450(original price) + $450(100% of $450) + $148(33% of $450). 33% jump in price would come out to what you are trying to say. Viewsonic VP201B It seems a bit cheaper then the two alternatives, and it seems to have good reviews: review And it even has a USB hub built in [img]/images/graemlins/cool.gif[/img] Anyone used this for poker?
