Eurobet problems
I just signed up an account at Eurobet but when I try and log in it won't let me. I didn't recieve an activation e-mail like you do at some other sites, or even a welcome e-mail. I tried again by setting up another account but I had the same problem. Anyone experiencied this before or know a solution for it ?

Re: Eurobet problems
Did you try to wait a time? My Eurobet acc was locked for maybe 10min before I could use it.

Re: Eurobet problems
Are you sure you have Eurobet selected in the login window? I bet you have Coral, and if so - it won't work. Check it.

Re: Eurobet problems
When I set up my Eurobet account, the following happened:
For 2 days I recieved no word from the site and could not log in. I e-mailed customer support. They told me they expected money before they activated the account. I argued two points. 1) I am an American and don't send money to strange internet sites that don't have an account open to recieve it and 2) I explained that I couldn't use Neteller to deposit money into their site without using the cashier function. They conceded and activated my account. They work on GMT and are European workers with rights (38 hour work weeks). E-mail them. Be patient. Don't be rude. They will eventually straighten things out for you. It may take some time. X |

Re: Eurobet problems
yes, i had a very similar experience. i couldnt get onto the client before i deposited so i had to go to www.eurobet.com and sign in there, deposit there, transfer the money from the sportsbook (thats where it goes when you deposit) to the poker room. Then, only then, could i log onto the client.
The whole frickin site is so screwy and pitiful (try checking your balance from the poker client - it sends you to the website and you have to log in again) and if there were no such thing as rakeback i doubt seriously if their poker room (which is a party skin) would ever bring anyone to the network. |
