My quick take - Loose Passive

28% flops seen is on the high side, but not unusual as that figure includes free looks from the BB. 7% raise is low, get aggressive with your good hands sometimes get a ggressive without a hand.

14% games won is over blown, because you are seeing too many flops and losing too many showdowns. 14% win rate could really be profitable, but I suspect you are leaking most of that, and are break-even. The 36% show downs won is on the low side, you are calling too much with the 2nd best hand.

Edit: Sorry, I actually interpreted those stats from a ring game perspective, for MTT it may be different, but I would still think 36% showdowns won is low, and 7% raise is low. The % in flop seen and even hands won gets skewed because some games are short handed in tournies, so the numbers should be higher than full ring games.

If you really want to look at your play statistically get a program like poker tracker. This will enable to build up a library of handhisories that the program analysizes numerous ways.
