Step entry dissapeared today

I won a Step 1 a few weeks back and got an entry into a Step 2. I had never played a step before and was dissapointed there was no $$ involved but anyway I know FOR A FACT I did not use the free step 2 entry but its gone today.

Do they expire?

Party has two types of Step tourneys now. The regular steps that end in cash ($9,000 to the winner, I think) and the WSOP steps that result in a seat to the big show. Make sure you are trying to enter the correct tourney that you have a freeroll for.

I made this same mistake last night and now feel like a moron after emailing support all morning.

just triple checked it. I was certain it was not the WSOP tourny but I checked anyway to be sure. I also attempted to sit at Step 1 and 3 also. I guess I'll email support.

unless they expire... do they?
